Welcome to YTCertify (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, waitlist, and any products or services we make available (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
YTCertify is currently in pre-launch. The Service is intended to let users submit a YouTube video or playlist link, take an AI-generated quiz based on that content, and receive a Certificate of Recognition upon completion. Features described on this site, including the waitlist, quiz generation, and certificates, are under active development and may change before or after launch.
2. Eligibility & Waitlist
By submitting your email to our waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us about YTCertify's launch, product updates, and related announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us at vishalrewaska007@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Submit content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes on someone else's intellectual property;
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Use automated means to scrape, spam, or abuse the waitlist or contact form.
4. Third-Party Content (YouTube)
YTCertify processes links to publicly available YouTube content to generate quizzes. We do not claim ownership of any third-party video content, and use of such content through our Service remains subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to submit a given link for processing.
5. Certificates
Certificates of Recognition issued by YTCertify are intended to acknowledge personal learning achievement. They are not accredited academic credentials, professional certifications, or a guarantee of expertise, and should not be represented as such.
6. Intellectual Property
The YTCertify name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, particularly during our pre-launch phase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTCertify and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
